State bar Attorney Re-Fingerprinting Rule announced

Posted by Anthony Radogna | May 24, 2018 | 0 Comments

The California Supreme Court has just issued a new California Rule of Court which will require California licensed attorneys to be re-fingerprinted.

This new rule will go into effect on June 1, 2018, but puts a deadline on attorneys to get these new fingerprints, without penalty, by April 30, 2019.

The California State Bar will include instructions on where to get fingerprinted and how.
